Bức tượng miêu tả khoảnh khắc thiêng liêng khi một sinh linh chào đời và lần đầu tiên chạm tay mẹ. Khi ở trong bụng mẹ, tuy khoảng cách giữa ta và mẹ rất gần, nhưng đó lại là thứ khoảng cách không thể thấy được nhau. Cuộc hẹn gặp sau 9 tháng 10 ngày, có thể chúng ta không thể nhớ, nhưng người mẹ sẽ không thể nào quên. Tử cung trong tác phẩm là sự kết nối giữa tình mẫu tử và sự sinh tử. Hình ảnh sinh linh nhỏ được bảo vệ, ôm trọn bởi cách tử cung được ví như đôi tay của người mẹ:
"Mothers hold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever"
Hãy yêu thương và bảo vệ lại nơi đã đem đến sự sống cho bạn.
The statue symbolizes the precious moment when a new life is born and first touches its mother's hand. Although we are very close to our mother in the womb, we are unable to see one other. We may forget about the appointment after 9 months and 10 days, but the mother will not. The womb in the art represents the relationship between motherhood, birth, and death. The picture of a little life being sheltered and caressed by the uterus, which is compared to the mother's hands:
